We live on 36th near Rex. Our carwas brokeninto last night as well as our neighbors. Two months ago, our other car was broken intoas well. In the last three months, two additional neighbors on our streethave hadtherecarsbroken into and vandalized. Does this seem to be happening throughout Eastmoreland or just our little part of the neighborhood?
