Welcome
ESCOA is an organization of condominium owners on Milwaukee's East Side.
The majority of our members reside in Milwaukee's historic Brady Street and Prospect Avenue neighborhoods just north of downtown.
Meetings are held at various locations throughout the year. At each event, a forum is provided for members to discuss topics of interest regarding condominium living, neighborhood concerns and local government.
ESCOA is intended primarily for condominium board members. However, condominium owners that are not board members are also invited to attend.
