Board meetings

I think the biggest problem with board meetings are that not enough people attend and yet they are the first to complain about something! The board positions are totally non-compensated positions and I think that is forgotten by many. The board is made up of elected residents. If more people stuck their heads in a meeting to see what was going on....maybe we would have more resident involvement. A community is much like a buisness-communities life blood is the residents as where a buisnesses life blood is it's employees! Sometimes people just need a little prodding to get going. Really wished more people would get involved.

Board Meeting, Feb. 25th, 7 PM

The first Board Meeting of the year has been scheduled. Greenacre Properties is the place to be. Come and find out what the latest items are on the agenda. All residents are encouraged to attend. Voice your opinions or don't complain later. It's that simple.

March 24th, Annual Meeting, 7PM
