We have made runs to his house before but I can't discuss what the nature of the calls or any information about the results. What I would suggest besides calling for Inspections, Permits and License(IPL) and would have the Health Department Department notified and express concern for the mental condition of the one man and his safety. Hopefully, they will come out and look into the situation and help at least get the place cleaned up some. Good luck.
