I am concerned that so many children and teenagers walk and ride their bicycles through our back yard to cut from Glyn Carrol Cove to Parr-Bonner Cove.  Do parents not teacher their kids not to use people's yards as a path these days?  I've had PRIVATE PROPERTY - NO TRESPASSING signs in my back yard for several days, and people are still riding through our yard, even when I am standing outside. 

Is there anything in our DPHOA guidelines that addresses trespassing?  I've had security doors installed in the back of my home and am going to have to invest in a property fence if you don't have any advice for me.  Thank you for your help.

Did you ever get them to stop trespassing?  I think I would take pictures and post them on this site with a message saying, "ARE THESE YOUR  (CRIMINALS) OOPS I MEAN KIDS?  You might ask if that would be legal first but it would cause some parents taste of invasion of privacy.

Thank you for your post.  It is good to know that there is one person in this subdivision who does not condone riding bikes and golf carts through neighbors' yards!  We're good for now; we spent almost $4000 on landscaping to prevent unwelcome visitors.  It is scary when strangers walk and ride through your property when there is an open field behind your house.
