We had several rotted windows sills. Mr. Phillip House provided us with superb work at a reasonable price. He arrived on time, completed the work as planned. He replaced the wooden sills with plastic ones and they look great. He also painted the new sills to match the existing windows. He exceeded our expectations by also touching up those windows that did not need repair!
