Gate Damage and Neighborhood Vandalism

If you witness anyone damaging or attempting to damage our entrance gates, please report it to the management company immediately. If at all possible, get the license plate of the car. The cost of repairing the gates is ultimately passed on to the members of the community. Also, if you see anyone vandalizing any structure, sidewalk, mailbox, home or yard, report it to the management office ASAP. As a community it is our job to protect the structures, sidewalks, streets and homes in our neighborhood. Vandalism is a crime and those who chose to damage neighborhood property should be made to clean it up.
