Ten Years Since Its Beginning

The first homes were built 10 years ago in the Crossing at Quail Creek. The community has now grown to approximately 190 homes. With it's excellent location to the medical center, award winning schools, shopping and amusement parks, the Crossing at Quail Creek has become one of the most desirable locations in Northwest San Antonio. It is a diverse community and that unique blend makes it very inviting to those who are shopping for a new home. Let's continue to make our neighbors, new and old, feel welcome.

The Future of the Crossing at Quail Creek

After ten years our neighborhood has seen many families and many changes. We hope to continue on that path bringing new ideas and concepts to our neighborhood. As we continue to make improvements and additions to the community, we hope to see our neighorhood's appeal and property values increase.

About our association

Board of Directors Service to the Community

The Crossing at Quail Creek Board of Directors is eager to serve our community. Our job is to discuss and make decisions regarding various issues in the neighborhood - restriction violations, gate repairs, financial matters and policies regarding the maintenance of the community. We work in conjunction with the Architectural, Social and Safety Committees. We welcome all comements and suggestions that our neighbors might have. Please contact a Board member if their is an issue you would like us to address.
