Maintaining your lawn goes a long way towards beautifying your house and your neighborhood. Keep your lawn mowed/trimmed regularly, every 10 -14 days. Keep flowerbeds weed free. Keep bushes and hedges manicured. Please remove your trash can from the sidewalk within 24 hours of pick up and check to make sure no trash is left lying on the ground. Store your trash can in an area that is not visible from the road. Inspect your fence and replace any boards that may be broken or coming off. Please clean up oil leaks/spills from your driveway or road in a timely manner. Do not park vehicles (operable/unoperable) on the street in front of your house. Homeowner?’s vehicles are to be parked in their garages and/or driveways. These suggestions will assure the beauty and property value of the homes in our subdivision. Please do your part to help clean up.
