Given the two definitions offered by dictionary.com, one being "a dull, slow-witted or socially inept person", and the second being the "reproductive appendage of a blue whale", I'd give TP the benefit of the doubt and go with the first. Since we only know of him what he presents here, this is a fairly simple assumption, based on his writing. I'm sure one could add other descriptive terminology based on his life outside of the internet. For example, is he were to be an amateur tornado chaser (the social equivalent of a javelin catcher) and participated in the dangerous activity despite warnings and pleas from true professionals and emergency officials to cease and desist, one might just employ the term "idiot". But since he has already used that descriptor here, it would merely be an exercise in redundancy.
