Creston-Kenilworth Neighborhood Association

There is a plan by Southeast Uplift to put an off-leash area in Creston Park. I think that this is a terrible idea. People already ignore the leash laws all over town. In other parks with off-leash areas, like Gabriel Park, having an off-leash area just makes it worse. There will be a community meeting on November 21 about this and anyone who has ever worried about some off-leash animal coming after their child should show up.
