Use this form in the link above to report an outdoor light that is not working. If there is a hazardous condition such as a wire hanging low or lying on the ground, please call us immediately at 1-800-POWERON (1-800-769-3766).

Request Lighting Repair

Duke Energy maintains numerous outdoor lights to provide safety and security in public areas. If a streetlight in your neighborhood is not working properly, please contact us to let us know. We'll send a representative to examine and fix the problem. To ensure prompt service, please identify the pole with tape or a ribbon.
