NOW FORMING COUNTRY MEADOWS COMMUNITY GROUP

Country Meadows first Community Group is now forming. What is Country Meadows Community Group? It is a group of concerned residents coming together for the betterment of our community.

Is this a Homeowners Association?

No, joining the Country Meadows Community Group is completely optional. There may or may not be a small fee (typically $1 per month per home) but that will be voted on by the members of the group.

What will the Community Group do?

The Community Group will do many things, all of which will be decided once the group has formed. Typically, Community Groups have various committees, such as, Welcoming Committees, Beautification Committees, Activities Committees, Act as a voice for our community (for example what goes into the lot on Hess Rd), and much more. Residents need to stick together to watch over our properties, keep violence, drugs and gangs out, enforce our covenents, and most importantly, keep up our property values.
As property owners, we have the right to dictate what we want for our properties. We need to stick to the price and not let realtors talk us into accepting less than what we are asking for our properties. If everyone sticks together, we can keep our property values up.
