Country Hollow Neighborhood Association

I'm not sure why the neighborhood assoc. would want to spend the money on a flag pole when there are so many other things that would beautify the same spot. Put in some nice flowers, bushes, and a tree, and call  it good. Place a few solar powered lights so the median can be better lit at night. Now you don't have to worry about an electric bill or as much space to mow. Leave patriotism to the individuals, and forget the pole.
