Damaged Flag Pole Repair

The Flag Pole at the Country Hollow entrance was damaged due to high velocity winds during the last week of August 2008. Repair of the flag pole will be based on the availability of future funds. CHNA?’s plan to repair the damaged flag pole is as follows:

1. Encourage non participating residents to pay dues

2. Request residents to contribute towards repair of the damaged flag pole

3. File an insurance claim (Neighborhood residents are responsible for the $1,000 deductible)

CHNA invites neighborhood residents to participate in the 2009 general meetings. Efforts involved in repairing the damaged flag pole will be further discussed during the next CHNA general meeting.
