Copperfield is a Planned Unit Development with 154 families living within our community. The affairs of the neighborhood are administered by a Board of Directors elected by the association of homeowners. The expansive common areas consisting of approximately 18 acres of open grassy areas, paved, lighted walkways impressive entrances, fountains and gazebos are maintained by the association funded by the association's monthly maintenance fee.
