Comstock Village HOA

CVHA has an active COMMON AREAS COMMITTEE responsible for maintaining the 42 acres of common area in our community. You are always welcome to attend the meetings which are held on the second Tuesday of most months at the Rockrimmon Library Community Meeting Room.

Feel free to post here issues of concern that could be addressed by this committee: erosion problem areas, areas in need of walkways, trees in the common area with mistletoe or pine beetles, etc.

No Notification - Commons Area

There seems to be major ''landscaping'' in progress in Commons Area ''H''. Why wasn't there any mention of this work in the recent (June 2006) newsletter? Wouldn't that type of thing be worth mentioning? Also, it would be nice if it was published in advance of the Commons Area Committee meeting that approves such activities, so that Homeowners could attend and become educated about the event and/or voice concerns before funds are committed.
