Oct. 1, 2007, I contacted the Mayor of Tulsa in regard to the need of a new sidewalk on E. Pine St. @ Springdale Park all the way down E. Pine st. On Oct.3rd, I again sent out a request, I sent an email to everyone from the mayor to the Senator. Using the ADA, Americans with Disabilities Act, I did some research & found the necessary info needed. Needless to say ''wha-la!'' I guess I must have woke someone up. I am especially happy that the residents are very pleased,& I have also asked for needed bus benches & cross walks. I am going to keep on working for the betterment of our neighborhood. One voice goes unheard, but togather as a united neighborhood, we can & will be heard. Your voice & concerns matter.
