Every night, we are bombarded with noises from garbage trucks emptying dumpsters. It is so bad we are woken up nightly and opening our windows at night to enjoy nice weather is out of the question.
The fact is, all these trucks are operating in violation of city law by creating noise disturbances between 10-6. If we stand up united, I think we can end this nuisance and violation of our right to enjoy our home (am to sleep 8 consecutive hours).
I ask anyone in the neighborhood to contact Metrocall, Tina-Ward-Pugh, the police or anyone who can protect our rights to enjoy our property.
Who knows, we might even be able to help the environment by turning off our A/C's in the spring and fall.
