CCBHC, and its new mortgage divion, the ORange County Homebuyer Center, offers FREE homebuyer education, financial literacy training, IDA accounts, mortgage lender referals, downpayment assistance, credit counseling and post purchse followup to low income first time homebuyers. CCBHC Develops unique project

CCBHC, working with the City of Santa Ana Community Development staff, is developing an in-home child care project in Santa Ana's Empowerment Zone. CCBHC has acquired the site and is preparing architectural plans and design concept, which calls for two single family affordable rental homes to be developed.

CCBHC will arrange for one adult tenant from each unit, to attend Santa Ana College and become certified in early child care education. Once certified, they will be able to engage in an in home child business for up to 8 children each.

Raitt Street Project

CCBHC has acquired property on Raitt Street in Santa Ana, where it plans to create new affordable rental units.
