City of Spring Valley

I videotaped this earlier today. They really needed a dry creek bed to do this first step. I suspect that with the amount of rain we have had that delayed this first phase. Of course that is pure speculation on my part. We keep hearing that August 10th is the projected completion date. Fingers crossed! If I get time I will try and get back down there and do more taping once the culvert arrives. I suspect things will go quickly now. The news did imply that there may be some road closure when they deliver the culvert. I would stay vigilant regarding that.
