Parking in the cul-de-sacs interferes with winter storm services

Spring Valley residents - we need your help during winter storms

In winter weather, when the streets need plowing or salting, please do not park on the cul-de-sacs or on the streets (especially the hilly sections) so that the city's contractors can get their trucks through and do their job.
