CHEVINGTON WOODS CIVIC ASSOCIATION
MINUTES OF TRUSTEES MEETING
March 19, 2007

Meeting site: Violet Twp Offices, 12970 Rustic Drive, Pickerington, OH 43147

Chairman Pro Tem Snell called the meeting to order at 7:07 p.m.

The Chair ascertained the presence of a quorum with five (5) trustees in attendance. Trustee Roeder arrived later making six (6) Trustees in attendance:
Don Roeder, VP
Will Snell, Secretary
Mark Briggs, Trustee
Julie Squier, Trustee
Lora Stevenson, Trustee
Pat Mahan, Trustee

The following residents were also in attendance:
Mary Ann Murphy
Clark & Estalene Newell
Gina Stacy
Tom Besser

Trustee Mark Briggs volunteered to serve as Secretary Pro Tem.

Reading of the minutes: The Chair noted the minutes of the previous January 15, 2007 regular meeting had been previously distributed via email to the trustees and advised, that if there were no objections, the minutes could be approved as distributed. Thereafter, Trustee Squier moved the minutes be approved as previously distributed. The motion was duly seconded and passed without dissent.

Correspondence: None

Treasurer’s Report: Treasurer Murphy was ill and unable to attend. Resident/spouse Mary Ann Murphy presented his report to the Chair. The report was read by the Chair and is made a part of these minutes by reference.

Reports of Committees: None

Unfinished business: N. Reserve maintenance – Trustee Snell advised that he had received a bid from Proulx Landscaping Service to mow and trim the N. Reserve and cemetery areas as needed for $60 per mowing. Mr. Proulx included proof of insurance/bond with the bid and did not require that a contract be signed. Trustee Squier moved the bid be accepted. The motion was duly seconded and following discussion was passed without dissent.

Easter Egg Hunt – Trustee Snell reported that President Comanita had assigned him to work with Easter Egg Hunt Coordinator Kris Huffman and that preparations were proceeding smoothly for the annual children’s event.

N. Reserve Clean Up Day - The Chair noted the annual clean up day was scheduled for Saturday, May 5th and a notice would be included in the Chevington Woods Newsletter to be published prior to the event.

New Business: None

Resident Participation: The Chair invited any resident in attendance to
address the meeting. After again calling for resident participation and hearing
none, the Chair noted there was no other business to come before the Trustees and
stated he would entertain a motion to adjourn.

Adjournment: Trustee Squier made a motion to adjourn. The motion was duly
seconded and passed without dissent.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:38 p.m.
