We are now the CANA Cherry Avenue Neighborhood Association
We are now officialy the CANA and we had a instructive meeting at our new meeting place of the Quincie Douglas Library At Kino and 36th.Street. Terri Mull and Amber Pherigo are doing just a great job keeping this going during transition. We are not a home owner's association. There are no fees or dues to be part of the neighborhood association. We are an association of neighbors that want to make our neighborhood a clean, safe and enjoyable environment for all people that live in our neighborhood. You do not have to own your home to be part of or attend the Cherry Avenue Neighborhood Association meetings, if you live between Paark Ave. and Tucson Blvd. and Irvington and Drexel (please see map) your are in our neighborhood
Explore and implement solutions that benefit the CANA coummunity. Nothing will happen withour your involment. Start a neighborhood group to represent your block. Assistance is more likely for those who voice their concerns. Working together we can resolve issues. Remember, others may share similar concerns.
