Central City has an emerging loft district. The newest addition are the
Landsberg Lofts, located at 444 E. Milwaukee. Developed by LoftWorks,
the Landsberg Lofts are being sold between $125,000 to $345,000. Last time we checked www.detroitlofts.com, there were only two units left out of nine; one unit is over 3,000 square feet. If you're not familiar with urban loft living, authentic lofts are found in historic/old buildings that feature unique architectural characteristics.
