On Tuesday, September 17, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. the Board of Zoning Appeal will hold a Public Hearing in the Auditorium on the 13th Floor of the Coleman A. Young Municipal Building, Woodward Ave.

Madison Parker, of Fat Boy?’s Nude Bar, requests permission to re-establish and expand a Group ?“D?” Cabaret Licenses (Adult Entertainment) with Class ?“C?” Liquor License (Establishment for the consumption of beer or intoxicating liquors on the premises) in a B4 zone (General Business District). This case is appealed because the Board?’s permission is required to expand, alter, enlarge or modify a previous Board Grant (B&SE 113-85). (Sections 52.0200 Vacancies, 62.0402 (B) Parking Variance and 55.0000 Expansion of a Non-Conforming Use.
