Carriage Village is a gated community of semi-custom homes built by Bill Wall Homes within the boundaries of Aurora, Colorado. Once all homes are built, there will be a total of 89 single family homes in Carriage Village.

About our association

The Board of Directors meets on the last Wednesday of each month at 6:30 pm in the ground floor conference room at Marketplace Tower I, 3033 S. Parker Road.

Homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Meeting minutes are shared with homeowners either through email or paper. These minutes are made available approximately one month after each meeting, after the minutes have been approved by the board.

Any Carriage Village homeowner can request copies of Carriage Village public documents by contacting MSI for copies.

Examples of public documents include minutes from Regular Board Meetings and Financial Statements. Minutes from Executive Board sessions are not considered public record.
