The final draft of the Carney Improvement Association's publication entitled Comprehensive Zoning 2000, Issues Impacting The Carney Area is out and will be distributed to the appropriate agencies this week. Copies may be picked up during the Zoning Meeting on April 25th. at 7:00 p.m. at the Parkville High School or during the C.I.A. meeting on May 18th. at Carney Elementary School.

This is a guide for all the residents of this area and for the upcoming zoning meeting at Parkville High School on the 25th. of April. Armed with this information, you will be better informed of the requested changes and will be able to testify at this meeting or by voicing your concerns to the office of Councilman Bartenfelder or the Office of Planning.
