Dear Informer,
Santikos has had that Grananda Sign over on 1604 for over a year. I emailed them last summer and they said the theater would open in February 2008. Since its now January 2008, I doubt they will make that. Any chance that you, with your UNLIMITED power (hehehe) of our HOA could contact Santikos and find out when they plan on doing anything about that? Its sure getting old going down the 1604 to the Silverado.

Dear Resident,
I contacted Santikos Theaters. Mr. Richard Cieplechowicz responded with the following, ?“Yes, we plan to construct the Granada Theatre in that location. The reason for our delay is because the company is constructing a new theatre in Houston, which took longer. The Granada is the next one on the agenda. The area around Potranco is maturing and we hope to get started soon.?”
