Streetscape Improvements funded by TNI will enable the continuation of improvements along Sherman Way and Owensmouth.
Tree Plantings are scheduled for Sherman Way and Bassett by the LA Conservation Corps.
Fa?§ade And Signage Improvements for storefronts along two blocks of Sherman Way will be funded by TNI. Participants will receive conditional grants of up to $25,000 for upgrades.
Guadalupe Center Rehabilitation this heavily used facility run by Catholic Charities is an important part of the community. TNI will fund all construction costs.
Multi-Family Housing Site Acquisition/Rehabilitation allows for the acquisition and conversion of housing to serve low income residents.
Owensmouth Sidewalks are being reconstructed.
Housing Rehabilitation Grants provides up to $20,000 to homeowners for structural improvements to their properties.
