The Canoga Park TNI effort is focused on revitalizing the Canoga Park Business District and the surrounding residential neighborhoods. Since Canoga Park is within an adopted CRA Redevelopment Project Area, the $3 million in TNI funds will work with the over $8 million in other funding already committed to revitalizing this area. Over half of the TNI funds are dedicated to residential area improvements while the remainder of the funds will support the City's ongoing efforts to turn Sherman Way into a viable and vibrant commercial center.
