Respect-O-Meter: Neighbor
Truth hurts..............Obama.

If I was undecided about which party/candidate to support, Bush's speech in Israel on appeasement would have made my mind up. Bush spoke the plain, honest truth about trying to appease terrorists, both now and in the past, as the Israeli's well know.

What really boggled my mind was the democrats reaction to the truth. Obama seemed to take it personal. Why? He said he favors appeasement. Democrats don't think Bush should be attacking Obama. Why? Obama has some heavyweights campaigning for him. I'm sure they all have attacked Bush and or republicans and will in the future.

The way I see it, Obama and his supporters can't stand the truth.

Right on Nedl! What they don't seem to understand is that those radicals that they want to talk out of being radical did not come to think that way in any reasonable manner , but thru emotions. You cannot rationalize with people who made decisions thru emotions. Mr Carter needs to realize this also.

To believe this you would have to also believe that Bush knows what he's talking about. And based on the Bush administration's foreign policy record thus far, I'd probably put more trust in my dog's opinion than I would George's.

Besides, it's not like you were ever going to vote for Obama anyway. For you, nedl, I recommend looking into Bob Barr. He looks like he'd be someone you could rally behind.

The facts remain. You can in no way appease those radicals as you could a rabid skunk.
