Quarterly assessments:

The association assessments for 2003 are as follows:

Patio Homes - $60.00 per month, billed quarterly
Other Homes - $18.00 per month, billed quarterly

Assessments are due on the following dates:

January 3, 2003
April 1, 2003
July 1, 2003
October 1, 2003

About our association

Who is the Camillus Hills Homeowners Association?

CHHOA was formed as a not-for-profit organization in 1994 for the purpose of owning, operating, managing and controlling the association's common land as well as to manage the operation of the association.

What is our Mission Statement?

To maintain the community in such a way that the property values of each member are maintained or increased due to exceptional living conditions.

Who are the Members?

Homeownership in the Wellington Residential area is required for membership withing the Association. Membership is mandatory for all homeowners within the development.
