Our 2008 HOA Assessments are now due. If you have not already done so, please remit $100 to the address below. Currently, 47 of 122 homeowners have paid the $100 assessment. Thank you!
If you have any questions regarding assessments, please come to the next meeting. Our Property Management Rep will be available to answer all your questions!
Note:
When you purchased your Calvarese Farms home, you automatically became a member of the Maintenance Corporation. It is part of your deed. Therefore, as a member, you are REQUIRED to pay any yearly HOA assessments.
