The June 26, 1998 Citizen's Advisory Committee (CAC)By-Laws state the purpose of the CAC is to be a policy advisory group to provide informed, timely recommendations in support of Crime Prevention initiatives and any other appropriate issues or concerns involving the Colorado Springs Police Department and the Colorado Springs community.
The officers of the Falcon Division CAC are:
President James Stewart
Vice President Ray Carroll
Secretary Vince Nelson
The CAC has 20 members and the following five subcommittee's: Executive; Project; Administrative; Education and Training; and Communications.
