Middletown Fire Department exceeds expectations again! Thanks to Firefighter Timmy Banks!!! I realize that the Fire Department responds to so many different calls. Fires, alarm calls, rescues, accidents, EMS calls, etc. ! I wanted to bring to your attention that yesterday Sat. April 19, 2008 as I turned into my neighborhood of Wildwood a large tree had just fallen across most of the main entrance road. After calling Capt. John Wheatley with Middletown Fire Department and asking if there was anyway they could assist, Firefighter Timmy Banks volunteered. Without any hesitation, Firefighter Banks checked to be sure everyone was alright and proceeded to cut up the tree that was blocking our entrance!
I just wanted to say "thank you!" for always making a positive difference in our neighborhood & community!
