I.           April 15, 2009

II.         7:00 Call to order

III.        Previous Meeting Minutes Reviewed, accepted and approved.

IV.        Current Issues

             A. Over 100 kids attended the Eater Event

             B. Lawn bid  done/2year deal-same people who do our snow removal/talked about Ranger Dollars

             C. Community Watch, zone 3 and crime alerts discussed

             D. Riverday, June 6 and 25 volunteers to help/2 boy scout dens

             E. Garage sale set for May 14-17 and balloons will be provided to help customers

             F. Clean up day discussed-New Park signs, mulch, flowers and pain play structure

             G. Welcome committee, only 2 foreclosed homes in sub

             H. Backyard beats scheduled for August 5, 6-8-Jazz band and activities for kids

             I.  Promote events through fliers, emails and boards.

V.         Treasury report- 30-40 past due and notices will go out at the end of April

               Total outstanding dues $4822.

VI.        Parking Updates-Signs will be ordered and put up at the clean-up. Due to budget constraints, soccer nets and tearing out the path will not be feasible this year. Discussions about passing one time assessment Fee will be discuss in the fall. Also the possibility of donations.

VII.      Need to form committees to help plan neighborhood events-picnic and Backyard Beats
