I would like to invite all members to the annual budget meeting. This is your chance to find out in person what your dues are going to be for next year. The meeting is to be held at Greenacres Property Management, Inc. on Gunn Highway at 7:00 PM. You should have received a flyer in the mail. Feel free to contact me with any questions.

The meeting was held and adjourned at 8:30 PM. The 2010 annual budget was discussed and everything was in place and on track for next year. Our property management company, Greenacres, will be sending out the new coupon booklets for sending in your quarterly payements. You can also send in the full payment if you choose. Our dues have remained the same at $135 a quarter thankfully.
Greenacres will have available a copy of the 2010 Budget. I hope to make it available here on our web site soon also. Please contact myself or Sharman at Greenacres if you should have any questions. If I can't answer them, Sharman can. :)
