Again, rumor has it someone in our lovely, new community was walking around their yard with plastic garbage bags over their shoes and attached to their thighs with rubber bands. It seems that they were wearing new sneakers and they didn't want to get them grass stained. If you should ever witness a situation like the one described above, please do not attempt to apprehend the individual. Instead, call you local mental heath officials for immediate action. Let's keep our neighborhood safe! As a precaution, concerned citizens of our neighborhood have erected a sign in the "bagpersons" yard to warn all unsuspecting individuals and small children.
