About our association

Brookfield Village Homeowners Association

The BVHA was incorporated in early 2001 with the goal and desire to help improve the quality of life and property values for all residents of Brookfield Village.

Articles of Incorporation are registered with the State of Ohio as part of our incorporation procedures.

BVHA helps coordinate maintenance of our 2 shared entrances (Frazell/Whispering Oak and Roberts/Willow Glen), resolve deed restriction violations between neighbors and keep neighbors up to date on a variety of topics.

The builders entrusted BVHA with enforcement of the restrictive deed covenants which are legally binding for the neighborhood that are above and beyond Hilliard City Code.  Hilliard Police or City Officials do not enforce deed restrictions.  They are enforceable through Civil Court. Typically, neighborhoods that have active deed restrictions have a higher property value than neighborhoods that do not because the guideline help with long term consistency which protects your investment.

Board Officers

The BVHA Board of Officers consists of:

President - Jeff Johnson
Vice President - open
Treasurer - Tom Botsko

We appreciate input and participation from all neighbors in Brookfield Village. Please e-mail the board at bvhainfo@yahoo.com if you are interested in volunteering.
