Briarwood is a friendly neighborhood consisting of 109 houses. There is only one entrance in and out of the subdivision off Kirby Whitten Parkway. We are conveniently located near the Wolfchase Mall, City Hall, the Library, the Bartlett Recreation Center and several of the Bartlett City Parks and lakes. There are 4 major supermarkets in the neighborhood and many big box retailers and restaurants in the Wolfchase area.

Briarwood Homeowner's Association

Welcome to the neighborhood from the Briarwood Homeowners Association! We’re delighted that you chose Briarwood for your residence, and hope that you find this subdivision as friendly and safe a place to live as we have.

The main objective of our association is to maintain and improve our property values by continuing to keep Briarwood a quality neighborhood. Since we have only one entrance to our subdivision, we want it to reflect the same standard of care with which we keep our own yards. The association maintains the front lawn and beds with professional mowing, fertilizing, weeding, mulching and the planting of seasonal flowers. Other expenses incurred are for the lighting and water for the sprinkler system.

The association also maintains a link with Bartlett City Government, keeps informed on developments around the subdivision, has quarterly meetings, sometimes in conjunction with social events and provides a Briarwood Resident Directory to members.

The Homeowners Association therefore asks all residents of Briarwood to contribute their “fair share” of $50.00 per year, primarily for the common area maintenance of our front entrance. This amount would also constitute the yearly dues in the Homeowners Association and will be pro-rated for newcomers. Checks can be made out to Briarwood Homeowners Association and mailed or brought to Gloria Owens, Treasurer, 6981 Hedgewood Cove, Bartlett TN, 38135.
