Does anyone know how many homes in Brennan Estates have had problems with the windows leaking? I know that most of the homes on my block (4 out of 5 including mine, on my side of the street) have had an issue, in some cases because the windows were incorrectly installed. Blenheim used to send someone out to fix it but when I called they were totally unresponsive and gave me the name of a warranty company that I can't find on the internet. The house will be 10 years old in late May so I'm wondering if they are just pushing me off until that expires.

Some of our neighbors have experienced the same problems. You have to continue the complaints.Perhaps the Maintenance board will help.They meet on the second thursday of the month at the school. By Lawrence |
