Blanco Bluffs Subdivision was established in March 1994, by Norman Reitmeyer, Declarant.

From the beginning of our neighborhood the Declarent and homeowners have strived to make our community the best neighborhood in Bexar County. We have seen several builders and a new Declarent, Gordon Hartman, since 1994.

But one thing has remained constant, the total involvement from all homeowners to keep our neighborhood the "Priemer" neighborhood of San Antonio. Our location makes our neighborhood one of the most convenient in town. Our size, gives you the feeling of a small town yet with the city right outside our gate. Blanco Bluffs is the best neighborhood in San Antonio!
