Safety
Birch Pointe is a wonderful and safe private community in the heart of Pike Creek. We have given the County Police permission to ticket speeders and they do drive through from time to time checking on things.
The speed limit in Birch Pointe is 10 mile an hour. In an effort to slow drivers down stop signs have been installed at various points around the community.
If there is a safety concern (non emergency) please contact Emory Hill: 302 322 4400. If it is an emergency please call 911.
