I was at the last HOA meeting and noticed how low the turn out was. I can't help but think that we would have had many more people there if more notice had been given of the event. I am willing to help make and post signs for the upcoming meetings, (only if made and posted more than 24 hours in advance). If I can help, please let me know.

There are already signs always posted and they also send out yellow postcards in the mail with the date, time, and location.  Yes there has always been a low turn out, unfortunately people just don't care, or work nights and can't, have children, whatever the reason.

But I always see at least 1 sign typically more like 2-3 for the HOA meetings out and I always get the yellow postcard in the mail as well.

I usally get the yellow post card in the mail, day of or day after the meeting.  Did not receive any post card for last meeting.
