Are you a renter?  Because reters don't get them.  The notice is sent the title holder of the house.  So if you do own the house, you should get a post card for every meeting....except the last two, nobody got notice for those, Kachina did not send them.  If you are the homeowner and have never received notice, call Oasis 623-241-7373 and make sure they have your current info...such as a P.O. box, if that is what you use.  I have ALWAYS received a notice for EVERY meeting and I have lived here for over 3 years.

You're not alone in that statement. In the 3 years we have lived here we have only ever received one notice as well. 

Well, i'll be the last to defend Kachina, but I received a notice for EVERY meeting in the past.  Minus the last two of course.  But Kachina is no longer our management company, so things should be different.  There is no reason why every homeowner should not receive notice from now on.
