Ban vs logic
Yes there is a ban. I believe as others have stated it is only limited to certain days. I don't think we are in any trouble of running out of water, Delaware County has plenty of capacity. There is no ban whatsoever on watering flowers. Just your yard. So for all of you who want to, water your plants and keep them beautiful.
