Satellite dishes

My deed restrictions do not state that my satellite dishes have to be landscaped. I agree that we have a deed restriction issue. How can you tell somebody they are in violation when you do not know which set they have?

Everyone is missing the point here,there are different restrictions depending on when and where you purchased your home.The bottom line is, people SHOULD be getting approval,BEFORE they build ,install,or design something for their home.These rules are here to protect all of us.

Yeah, thats what we've been doing at the Bonfire,we burn our deed restrictions and figure out ways to get rid of the ''Trailor Trash''. The discussion centers around people in this neighborhood that get expensive landscaping and then are to lazy or cheap to water the flowers. LOL

I thought I live in America the land of the FREE. When I purchase something I expect it to be mine. And no one can tell me what to do, we got rid of most of communist in the world, but I guess we will have communist here soon!! Do I have to raise my hand to go to the restroom.
I thought we were adults and were able to make our own decision, but I guess were back in school and need the teachers permission to do anything just like communist.

If my restrictions do not state I need landscaping, exactly what is it that you think you can tell me to do if I DID ask for approval? You cannot tell me I cannot have two. It doesn't state that. You cannot tell me to landscape around them as it doesn't tell me that either. Are you making up your own mind based on your own judgmental thoughts?

I thought we were not going to worry about the petty things. What is everybody's definition of petty?
