Bay Ridge Neighborhood Watch

We all have good neighbors and bad neighbors.  Harassment is extremely difficult and frustrating to deal with, mostly because no one cares until they are victims themselves.  There are ways to deal with it, but the best place to start is by establishing a solid network between neighbors to develop understanding that harassment is not welcomed in our neighborhood.  Please share stories of what makes you stressed out by your neighbor and what course of action you think would help.
