I start this website after having suffered a physical harrassment by a neighbor on the street.  Though infrequent, we have had issues on our street, and I think the best way to get rid of problems is to get rid of it before it even starts. 

I LOVE my neighborhood.  We have a great access to highways, express bus and ferry to Manhattan, have a wonderful park down the block and close to the long stretch along the shore to run, bike, roller blade and walk.  

We can make this neighborhood even better! We are all busy New Yorkers with lots of things to do, but keeping an eye out for suspicious activities and sounds would provide peace of mind, albeit small, to our daily lives.
